26.2 miles stands between regular people and an incredible feeling of accomplishment. And they get to post those cool post-race internet brags!

On November 12th, that all changes. The New York Sorta Marathon is the first ever SHORT marathon. At only .2 miles long, it’s basically just a finish line. It’s the first marathon anyone can finish, and then brag online about finishing.

Marathons are too expensive.

Basically, you can totally run a marathon simply by having the money to register.

Our registration fee? Twenty bucks.

Marathons are too sweaty.

Your accomplishment only feels great if everyone online is impressed, so we’ll have professional lighting and a hair and make-up team standing by to make sure your online brags are of the highest quality.
